- This is the revised solicitation-synopsis reflecting changes in the proposal due date, and changes due to administrative errors that were identified during the question and answer phase. This is the Excel file of Appendix B - MDR Functional Requirements These are the responses to all the questions submitted before the 7/21/2017 deadline. This Modification: 1) extends the proposal due date to 12:00PM EST August 4, 2017; 2) includes the excel spreadsheet to Appendix B; 3) revises the solicitation synopsis to reflect the extension date and to correct administrative errors identified during the Q&A phase; and 4) posts the responses to timely questions submitted before 12:00 PM EST on 7/19/2017. No more questions will be accepted.
