- THIS IS TO AMEND THE SOLICITATION TO THE SYNOPIS NOTICE BELOW FOR VANDENBERG AFB NOT PATRICK AFB. CORRECT NOTICE IS SPE600-17-R-0502. This requirement is for bulk fuel services fo include receive, stro, transfer, issue and account for products with appropriate controls to ensure fuel quality, maintain inventroy accuracy and ensure no environmental impact at Vandebberg AFB, CA. One award will be generated from this solicitation. The period of performance is a four-year base period, November 1, 2017 thru October 31, 2021. With one five-year option period and a 6-month extension. This procurement will be an 8(a) set-aside. All responsible 8(a) Small Business Concerns that meet NAICS code size standards may submit an offer which will be considered for award. As cited in the attached solicitation, a pre-proposal conference will be held at Vandenberg AFB, CA on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.
