This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation VA119A-17-Q-0365 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective January 19, 2017. The NAICS Code is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price, 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and an addendum is below. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and an addendum is below. The Department of Veterans Affairs  (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) Space and Facilities Management (SFM) department has a requirement for the procurement and installation of two (2) sound management systems with public address (PA system) capability at the following two facilities located in West Virginia: Capital Region Readiness Center (CRRC) Shepherdstown Information Technology Center (ITC) See below for further requirements and solicitation details.
