- 2017 VEHICLE OUTFITTING Cape Hatteras NS The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation, Installation and ordering of equipment to fully equip law enforcement vehicle(s). For Cape Hatters NS NPS Headquarters 1401 National Park Drive, Manteo, NC 27954. Pick/up and Drop-off QTY (4) GSA Patrol Vehicles located at Cape Hatters NS. The NAICS code is 334290 Other Communication Equipment Manufacturing, Size standard in number of Employees 750. ALSO NAICS code 336320 Motor Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Size Standard in number of Employees 1,000. This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of (90) days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to provide new equipment install of patrol equipment. This acquisition consists of (4) GSA Vehicles. The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order. Unit of issue per vehicle. Unit prices quoted shall be per vehicle and include transport. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offers' are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
