Description

Special Notice.   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES INC (WOSB) for the purposes of procuring 12 AUTONOME ECU HOSPITAL SYSTEMS, INSTALLATION TO INCLUDE CONFIGURATION AND TESTING, and CLINICIAN TRAINING for the Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, Virginia 23667. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the AUTONOME ECU HOSPITAL SYSTEMS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the AUTONOME ECU HOSPITAL SYSTEMS may give written notice to Jackie.Bray@VA.Gov by 1:00pm e.s.t. on August 1, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Responses received from responsible sources by 1:00pm e.s.t. on August 1, 2017 will be considered by the Government.
