Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of American Lake VA Medical Center through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses to provide panoramic-digital equipment that meet the below requirements: American Lake VA Medical Center, Tacoma, WA has a need for: Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) System for Audiology patient care. Must be able to test: Click evoked ABR, Tone burst ABR, Electrocochleography, Middle latency response, Electrical ABR, Screening, otoacoustic emissions, Diagnostic DPOAE, Diagnostic TEOAE. Bio-logic Navigator Pro AEP Base Kit, Biologic Win7 Laptop PC (64 bit), Navigator Pro 2nd Amplifer Channel, Bio-logic Bone Oscillator, Electrical ABR Kit, To include: Shipping, Labor-In-Service (Configure user preferences), Operator Manual, and Service Manual. In the response, identify if contractor is SDVOSB, VOSB, or Small Business. This is for information only. Do not send a price quote. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor for their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses. All responses shall be submitted in writing no later than August 2, 2017, 12:00 PM, PST to the attention of: Albert.Merkel, Email address: Albert.Merkel@va.gov.
