THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332999. The CAPT James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC)has a need for two brand name or equal Hydraulic Decontamination Sink and Tables. The hydraulic decontamination sinks and tables are needed to provide a comfortable working height for SPS staff of different heights and body types. This will decrease body fatigue when working over the decontamination sink for extended periods of time when cleaning soiled and contaminated surgical/dental instrumentation, flexible endoscopes and other Medical items in the facility. Specifications/salient characteristics: One NBS-1 Hydraulic height adjustable sink table, with s/s, electric front mounted power operator switch, lifting capacity as specified by owner (HS3B-CU106). Three (3) center mounted sink bowls, 18" x 18" x 8" deep. (450x450x200mm), each sink/w rear drains & lever action front mounted drain handles (B-3950/LDB). Sink to be marked with 5 gallon increments measurements etched into back of sink. Two (2) drain boards at approximately 24" and 24 wide mounted on either side of sinks. Provide Type 304, 14 gauge stainless steel sink top. Type 304 Stainless Steel Legs 16 gauge. Adjustable Leveling Feet. Table to have sloped 8" high stainless steelbacksplash. Fully enclosed sink skirt hide sinks with enclosed back and side. Equipment shall include: One (1) Faucet, deck mount, 8"c/c, 4" wrist action handles, swivel gooseneck, chrome plated One (1) Faucet, deck mount, 8" Centers, Compact Spring and Flex Hose, Spray Valve with 6" Wall Bracket, Lever Handles One (1) Dina Rinsng Gun, 1.5m Stainless Steel Hose 3/4" Connection with 8 Accessories and Mounting Plate One (1) Nova Rinsng Gun (Air) 1.5m PVC Mesh Reinforced 3/4" Connection with 8 Accessories and Mounting Plate. Size: 106" W x 30" D x 34-45" H. One (1) Stainless Steel Table, 18"W x 76"L x 33"H Type 304 16ga Stainless Steel, 4 each 1-1/2" Square Steel Legs, 16ga Stainless Steel Under Shelf. 4 Swivel Casters (5") One Hydraulic Decontamination Dental Sink #2 G1-2 Hydraulic height adjustable sink table, with s/s, electric front mounted power operator switch, lifting capacity as specified by owner (HS3B-CU101) Three (3) center mounted sink bowls, 18" x 18" x 8" deep. (450x450x200mm), each sink/w rear drains & lever action front mounted drain handles model B-3950/LDB. Sink to be marked with 5 gallon increments measurements etched into back of sink. Two (2) drain boards at approximately 36" (Left) and 7 (Right) wide mounted on either side of sinks. Table to have sloped 8" high stainless steel back splash. Fully enclosed sink skirt hid sinks with enclosed back and side. Provide Type 304, 14ga Stainless Steel Top. Type 304 Stainless Steel Legs 16ga. Adjustable Leveling Feet. Equipment shall include: One (1) Faucet, deck mount, 8"c/c, 4" wrist action handles, swivel goose neck, chrome plated One (1) Faucet, deck mount, 8" Centers, Compact Spring and Flex Hose, Spray Valve with 6" Wall Bracket, Lever Handles One (1) Dina Rinsng Gun, 1.5m Stainless Steel Hose 3/4" Connection with 8 Accessories and Mounting Plate One (1) Nova Rinsng Gun (Air) 1.5m PVC Mesh Reinforced 3/4" Connection with 8 Accessories and Mounting Plate.
