This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. All vendors shall be registered at www.sam.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) VA256-17-Q-1169. The solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal request for treadmill desks. All items shall be new and under warranty. Note: Sources sought notice was issued prior to the solicitation under VA256-17-N-1122. See solicitation for terms and conditions. Quotes are due August 11, 2017, 3:30pm, CST, via email only to Beth.Cook@va.gov. NO FAXED OR MAILED QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All submissions become part of the procurement file.
