- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Alexandria Health Care Systems intends to solicit proposals from Service Disabled Veteran Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide replacement Glidescopes for the operating room, Alexandria Veteran Affairs Health Care System (AVAHCS), Pineville, Louisiana. The contractor shall provide and test all listed equipment. All products must meet all salient characteristics defined in the statement of work. All equipment must meet manufacturers and VA specifications. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about August 02, 2017 with a closing date for proposals on or about August 25, 2017. The solicitation will be available for download from www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The Government anticipates making a firm-fixed price contract for this requirement. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is and size standard is Million and the solicitation will be issued for SDVOSB (set-a-side). All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database (information on registration requirements can be obtained by the Internet at https://www.sam.gov and submit their complete Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) via online at https://orca.bpn.gov at proposal due date/time. The solicitation must be accomplished by the deadline and may be faxed or emailed (Fax: (318)990-4069 or email: sharrion.young-mosley@va.gov).
