- Description
- The Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award an acquisition for all labor, material, tools, equipment, fuel, supervision and insurance required for a full service one year with four one year options agreement for all Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) Machines at Lake Nona (LKNA) and Lake Baldwin (LKBW) campuses. Contractor shall also provide one-time service to hyper-chlorinate the new Fisher House (FH) and install a new CL02 Generator/hardware once the facility is activated (Est.: November 2017). Contractor shall also provide 1A812 WATER TREATMENT to the dialysis machines at Lake Nona with weekly Chlorite testing. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 221310 with a related small business size standard of $27.5 million. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as a 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The solicitation will be posted on or about 01 August 2017, via fedbizopps.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
