- Special Notice to Award under Solicitation: W81K02-17-T-0363 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0363 to Sairoop Technologies, LLC. in the amount of $128,200,000.00 for Base Year with One-Year Option for Post-Warranty Software Support at Department of Radiation Oncology Services / Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. This is a Treatment Planning System for Radiation Therapy, developed by RaySearch Laboratories, Inc. and is proprietary for use with their system and software. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil.
