SOURCES SOUGHT: Veterans Health Affairs Network Contracting Office 4 is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify contractors that can provide court reporting services for all ten VA Medical Centers located within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561492 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million REQUIREMENT: The Department Of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Contractor to provide court reporting services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, expertise and equipment on site sufficient to record sworn testimony for Administrative Investigative Boards (AIB), Administrative Hearings, EEO Mediation, Human Resource Hearings, etc., and deliver electronic transcripts for legal purposes. Testimony will be taken in one or more days, typically in question and answer format from the members or attendees. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, and services, and otherwise do all things necessary for the incidental to the verbatim reporting and transcription of proceedings or hearings and delivery of final electronic transcripts for legal purposes. The Contractor shall furnish complete transcripts, which accurately reflect the full and complete verbatim record of the proceedings. Electronic transcripts will be provided in the Adobe PDF format and be emailed to the COR or designee. The Contractor must be able to provide transcription services to the following sites: Altoona - James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center (Altoona, PA) Coatesville VA Medical Center (Coatesville, PA) Erie VA Medical Center (Erie, PA) Lebanon VA Medical Center (Lebanon, PA) Philadelphia VA Medical Center (Philadelphia, PA) VA Butler Healthcare (Butler, PA) VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive Campus (Pittsburgh, PA) Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center (Wilkes-Barre, PA) Wilmington VA Medical Center (Wilmington, DE) RESPONSES: NCO 4 is seeking responses from contractors that are interested in this requirement and can demonstrate their capability to provide the required services.
