Description

FBO PRE-SOLICIATION DESCRIPTION This request is to upgrade the electrical system in each of the Perry Point village houses (1118, 1119, 1159, 1160, & 1162). These houses are located on the Perry Point VA Medical Facility Campus. The electrical in each house is very dated and in need of an upgrade. Scope of work: coordinate "power-down/change-over" with Georgia Galicki & tenants turn off power to unit being updated at utility building remove existing panel(s) install new panel re-connect existing wiring to new panel ( feeder & branch circuits ) re-install existing breakers - as currently installed install 1 x ground rod w/ low-voltage bonding bridge bond water-system Material: 5 Square-D - QO series 100 amp x 32 space MCB panels 5 ground rods 5 acorn clamps 5 water-pipe clamps 100' # 6 bare copper misc connectors
