- U.S. GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Project 4WA0522 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WA City: Lacey Delineated Area: City Limits of Lacey Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Block A: 17,400; Block B: 6,400; Total: 23,800 Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Block A: 18,700; Block B: 7,100; Total: 25,800 Warehouse and Dry Lab Min. Sq. Feet: Dry Lab: 800; Storage: 3,200; Total: 4,000 Warehouse and Dry Lab Max. Sq. Feet: Dry Lab: 950; Storage: 3,500 Total: 4,450 Wareyard: See “Additional Requirements” Space Types Sought: Office, Warehouse/Dry Lab, Wareyard Secured GOV Surface Parking: 21 Spaces Full Term: Up to 20 years Firm Term: Up to 15 years Option Term: Up to 5 years Additional Requirements: · Secured wareyard must be able to accommodate to house large water crat during routine maintenance and repairs, and not limited to one small motor boat with trailer (roughly two standard parking stalls and five additional boats and equipment trailers ranging from 12-25 feet (roughly fifteen standard parking stalls · Access to at least 60 public or monthly parking spaces within a walkable quarter mile. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Lacey WA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if should it meet all standard Government requirements and is economically advantageous. Offerors that meet all or portions of the requested space are encouraged to respond. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
