- RFP Solicitation Number: M68909-17-P-7622 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: <input name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][0][added_on]" type="hidden" value="2017-08-04 12:23:51" /> This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is M68909-17-P-7622, and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This is a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial acquisition prepared in accordance with the format under FAR Subpart 12.6 - "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," and FAR Subpart 13.5 - "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. Solicitation number M68909-17-Q-7622 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 20161222. NAICS Code 334118 applies. This is an unrestricted, brand-name -or- equal procurement (FAR 52.211-6) for 6 Each STRAN Technologies' Cyber Network Analyzers, Mfr Part # 256-0016 for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. Requirements for a Cyber Network Analyzer Required Cyber Network Analyzer -or- equal product must include the following: •· Ruggedized package within a carry-on case compliant to MIL-STD 1472 for single person carry for embarking under 30lbs with high processing power and storage capacity. •ü Specific requirement must meet at least 6TB's of Solid State storage. •ü Processing power (minimum 10 Core) enough to support at least 8-15 applications simultaneously. •ü Must be able to support at least 10 Virtual Machines simultaneously. •ü Memory must be able to provide sufficient performance levels for applications running, at least 64GB. •ü It has its own ruggedized keyboard and internal monitor. •ü High Definition video port capable of connecting to monitor. •· Must support Windows 10 for DoD regulations, VMware Workstation, and Riverbed Steel Central Packet Analyzer. •· The product must support the ability to interchange between enclaves, SSD's must be swappable •· Must provide network capture capability for analysis •ü Line card must support Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) modules and speeds must currently support streams of both 1Gbps and 10Gbps. •ü Since there are many types of these cards it is a requirement to have removable slots for these cards so they can be changed out for future capacity requirements. •· Product must be able to simultaneously handle network capture and analysis to enable speed of service delivery to MCTSSA's customers. •ü nTAPs must be interchangeable for to support requirements for various MCTSSA customers. •ü nTAPS must support both copper and fiber •· Must provide adequate cooling for normal COTS operating temperatures via fan and allow accessibility for Ports and nTAPS. •ü Fully compliant with case sealing against liquids, sand and dust; sealed transport side covers for cooling intake/exhaust air and electrical l/O ports. •ü Unit may be operated with case cover closed and only side covers open; air intake openings are filter equipped. Maximum operating ambient air temperature of 104"F. •· Warranty must be available and ensures the least amount of downtime for MCTSSA's teams in supporting its customers. The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its offer. The provisions of FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items - Deviation for Simplified Acquisitions applies to this acquisition. The offeror must include their Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size.
