Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The James A. Haley VA Hospital (JAHVH) requires milk and dairy products for Nutrition and Food Service. The successful contractor shall provide fresh milk and dairy products to JAHVH located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612 IAW the Statement of Requirements (Attachment B). This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses with award preference given IAW with VA Acquisition Regulation Subpart 819.7004. All quoters shall have a current registration in SAM. VOSB vendors must be certified in VIP. See (Attachment D) for evaluation factors. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95, effective 01/19/2017 (Attachment F). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 311511, size standard 1000 employees. The non-manufacturer rule does not apply.
