- SOURCES SOUGHT Spacelabs Healthcare LLC. Patient Monitoring System NOTICE OF ACTION: This is a Sources Sought synopsis. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is seeking potential Large Business and Small Business with a special emphasis on Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) in accordance with Vets First and the rule of 2 (KINGDOMWARE Decision) vendors capable of providing Spacelabs Healthcare LLC Patient Monitoring System to the John D. Dingell VAMC Detroit, MI. This Sources Sought is for a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) product that will potentially meet future VA requirements. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 11 John D. Dingell VAMC, Detroit, MI. requires Spacelabs Healthcare LLC items to provide all necessary labor, management, supervision, technical skills, quality control, materials, software, and equipment necessary to complete upgrade and expansion site services of the current Spacelabs Healthcare LLC patient monitoring system. All requested installation site services, additional server installation, clinical configuration, software upgrades, and additional hardware installation shall operate and be compatible with the existing Spacelabs Healthcare LLC patient monitoring system equipment. The upgraded patient monitoring system will allow clinicians and staff new functionality which will assists with accurate & precise monitoring of patient information using bedside monitors, a central station, remote alarm management, telemetry and other associate accessories throughout various departments. This system is proprietary in nature and must be handled by a contractor whom displays access to OEM parts, software licensing, and servers/databases. All SDVOSB and VOSB firms that respond shall include proof of CVE certification via www.vip.vetbiz.gov. All small business firms that respond shall include proof of small business status via their representations and certifications in accordance with (FAR 4.1102 policy). While SDVOSB/VOSB contractors are preferred, all capable contractors are welcome to respond to this sources sought notice, and shall include a capabilities statement of no more than five pages in length with your submission. In addition, if you would like to propose a different brand please provide a statement on how they can be integrated with our current Spacelabs Healthcare LLC patient monitoring system.
