******MUST READ RFQ DOCUMENT****** ****** MUST SUBMIT THIS COMPLETED FORM WITH QUOTE SUBMISSION***** ***** SHALL READ RFQ DOCUMENT ***** The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to re-furnish the Operations Center within the Denver, Colorado Field Office. The basic scope of this requirement will include room design/layout, removal of existing furniture and installation of new furniture, all provided by a single vendor. Please see below for the statement of work and a list of item(s)/specifications. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code for this requirement is 337214 with a size standard (in number of employees) of 1,000. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price, technically acceptable. All vendors shall be signed up and have an active DUNS number in SAM.GOV to quote. There will be a single award for all items. All quotes shall be firm fixed price. Quoted product shall meet all the required specifications below to be considered for award. Failure to do so will result in the vendor's quote being considered not technically acceptable. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. Purchase cards and Purchase Orders shall be accepted for purchases. Delivery and installation shall be performed within 45 days or less. This Request for Quote falls under FAR Part 12 & 13.
