Description

This is a presolicitation notice. The Government intends to issue sole source RFQ VA240C-17-Q-0052 to Mock Medical under NAICS code 339112 FSC 6910 for the purpose of procuring Mock Medical Instruments to be used for training purposes. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of these mock medical training instruments. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the mock medical training instruments may give written notice to Christen.Hamblen2@va.gov by 1:00pm EST on August 18, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Notices from responsible sources may be considered, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
