- Q&As 16Aug17 Item List Revised 16Aug17 16August2017 A revised Item List and Questions & Answers have been attached. ------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Please see the attached solicitation. Quotes shall include the following information: (1) Unit prices and extended prices for all items; (2) Any/All discounts offered (included in unit prices); (3) A detailed description of all items being proposed to include part numbers, photo(s) and reference to a website, if proposing equal item(s); (4) Warranty information (length and type) for all items proposed; and (5) Delivery lead time / Estimated delivery date / Number of days for assembly/installation. The Government will make one award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical and Price. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable. To be Technically Acceptable all items proposed must meet the minimum salient characteristics identified in the RFQ. Note: SF1449, Block 8, Offer Due Date/Time, is 22 August 2017, 2:00 pm Central Europe Summer Time (CEST).
