- The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, CG-9121, Formal Contracts Division I, awarded a single award firm-fixed price contract on 08/18/2017. This announcement is provided for informational purposes only. Valor Network located in New City, NY has been awarded a contract, HSCG23-17-C-P1C004, with a total value (base and all options) of $381,590.00. This contract provides the United States Coast Guard Health, Safety and Work-Life Service Center (HSWL SC) with teleradiology services to support United States Coast Guard medical clinics within the continental United States, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. This requirement was solicited on FedBizOpps using a combined synopsis and solicitation (HSCG23-17-Q-P1C004) as a set-aside for SBA-identified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The policies and procedures of FAR Part 13.5 were used in conjunction with the policies and procedures for this solicitation, evaluation and award in FAR Part 12. There were six (6) responses to the solicitation. Evaluation for award was based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with the solicitation, and the lowest priced offeror was technically acceptable.
