- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19, to obtain Document Destruction and Paper/Carboard Recycling Services for the Cheyenne VA Medical Center and two (2) Outpatient Clinics in Ft. Collins and Greeley, Colorado. The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Veterans Affairs regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be October 1, 2017 with a base year, 4 one year options, and one 6-month optional extension of services. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561990 with a size standard of $7M. This solicitation will encompass two (2) Statements of Work; one (1) for document destruction and one (1) for paper and cardboard recycling. Contractor may propose for one or both services. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 23, 2017. No paper copies will be issued. The contractor s proposal shall include a price section and a technical section, and must conform to the instructions contained within each section. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible SDVOSBs and VOSBs are also encouraged to submit a proposal to be considered. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
