Description

pH Controller System for bi-phasic dissolution methods The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Testing and Research (OTR), Division of Pharmaceutical Analysis (DPA) has a requirement for a pH controller to use with an existing dissolution apparatus (Dissolution Apparatus 1 and 2). The system is required to control the pH of dissolution media, e.g. hydrogen carbonate buffers, in real time manner during dissolution testing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. See attached for SOW and RFQ instructions.
