- Description
- In accordance with FAR 5.301 and 16.505(b)(2), this posting serves as notice of contract award and provides the published Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity required to be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Page. Delivery Order VA118-17-F-2200 was placed under the terms and conditions of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) NNG15SD22B with Four Points Technology (Four Points) located at 14900 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151. The total delivery order value is $2,473,771.43, for a base period of performance of 12-months, with a five year warranty. This requirement was for brand name or equal HP ProLiant servers and storage access networks (SAN) hardware, however VA required brand name Philips, Inc. (Philips) services to configure the servers which will host a highly sophisticated medical system comprised of Philips software that is integrated with VISTA/CPRS, BCMA, and VISTA IMAGING patient record systems, which are qualified by the FDA as a 510K medical device.
