Description

SOURCES SOUGHT SYNPOSIS The Contractor shall provide to the Quantum Technology Branch (QTB) within the Sensors Electrons Device Directorate (SEDD) at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) the key capabilities which all be met or exceeded: CLIN 0001 - Three (3) - PHOTODIGM - Part # PH780DBR180TS - Distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) LASER DIODES i. 780nm DBR Monolithic, wavelength stabilized laser diode in a Mercury package. ii. All lasers shall have single mode output of at least 180 milliWatts (mW) and spectral linewidth less than 1 MegaHertz (MHz).
