Description: This is a sole sourced requirement to Illinois Tool Works. This requirement is being sole sourced on the basis that our existing tooling is E.H. Wachs, and Illinois Tool Works is the only company that manufactures and/or distributes E.H. Wachs tooling. E.H. Wachs is the original equipment manufacturer for the Shipyard's current tooling and machining; therefore, a different contractor's tooling and machining would not work with the existing equipment.
