- N4523A17R0034 SWOB-25 Solicitation N4523A17R0034 Exhibit A-1 SWOB-25 CDRLs and DIDs N4523A17R0034 Attachment J-6 SWOB-25 Corporate Experience Data Sheet N4523A17R0034 Attachment J-4 SWOB-25 Contract Performance Data Sheet N4523A17R0034 Attachment J-3 SWOB-25 Request for Clarification (RFC) Form N4523A17R0034 Attachment J-2 SWOB-25 Price Proposal Worksheet N4523A17R0034 Attachment J-1 SWOB-25 Statement of Work (SOW) INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS: The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, Washington intends to award a stand-alone Firm-Fixed-Price Small Business Set Aside contract to accomplish maintenance, repair and preservation of one (1) Ship Waste Oil Offload Barge - SWOB-25. SWOB: Ship's Waste & Oil Offload Barge 25 has the following specifications: SWOB-25 BARGE (Class 23-42) Built by Maring Power & Equipment Co. Length: 108 FT Draft:1 FT 6 IN Width: 28 FT - 0 IN Full Displacement: 395 L Tons Age: 41 YRS Light Load 105 L Tons Hull Type: Steel The contractor's facility must possess the capability of accommodating one (1) Ship Waste Oil Offload Barge with the dimensions as stated above. SWOB-25: Coordinate with the Contracting Officer, via the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to deliver the vessel to the Contractor's facility. Dock, wash, and clean the exterior surfaces of the vessel upon docking. Blast and preserve exterior hull. Replace hull zinc anodes. Replace main deck and deck house non-skid. Clean, touch-up preserve, test, and close cargo tanks. Touch up preserve voids. Remove, clean, and install rubber fenders. Visually Inspect (VT) Hull, exterior surfaces, and tanks/voids. Ultrasonic Test (UT) hull, main deck, tanks/voids, and cargo system piping. Replace watertight door, hatch, and tank/void cover gaskets. Repair Cofferdam plugs. Repair handrail deck sockets. Repair various valves. Open, clean and inspect duplex strainers. Preserve cargo piping. Air test and preserve steel fenders and skegs. Test tank level indicating system. Undock the vessel. Arrange and coordinate with the Contracting Officer via the COR the delivery of the vessel back to the Government. For greater detail please reference the Attachment J-1 Statement of Work. The contractor will arrange for and transport the vessel from the Government facility at Bangor, WA to the Contractor's repair facility. Upon completion of all work coordinate delivery of the vessel to the Government facility at Bangor, WA The Period of Performance is scheduled to be: 08 January to 16 March 2018. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov.
