Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Shuttle Services Solicitation Number: VA250-17-N-1122 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes VA Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency based on proprietary issues and compatibility requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Case Western Reserve University, 110900 Euclid Avenue Cleveland, OH 44106 for the period of performance of five years with the Base Year POP beginning on 10-1-2017 through 9-30-2018. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
