- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #W9124V-17-T-0018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Effective 19 January 2017 and DFARS Current, Effective 22 December 2016, Edition. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). NAICS Code - 238290. Size standards are $15.0 M. This RFQ has two (2) line items. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order is anticipated. All items are BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Salient characteristics: see CLIN Description. CLIN Part Number Description Qty 0001 Model MF-SGUR/DC-DD-43-05 4 ton bridge crane system, CMAA Class 'C' 8,000 lb capacity, with a 43-0" approximate span 19/3.3 FPM hoisting speed, with 39' of available lift; 65 FPM 2-Step VFC trolley speed, 100 FPM 2-Step VFC bridge speed, 460/3/60 mainline voltage, 110 volt controls, Mainline contactor, bridge panel disconnect, Geared upper & lower limit switches, Independent sliding push button station, Rigid 'C' track festoon systems, with flat cables, Mechanical/Electrical overload protection device 1 0002 TECHNICAL SERVICES Travel, subsistence, labor, and equipment to remove the Fall Arrest Track System and install a 4 ton Hoist with controls to complete a 4 ton working bridge-crane. Perform operational start-up & OSHA testing, Test weights Included 1 FOB Destination. The Ship To Location is 120 Airlift Wing, 2800 Airport Ave B, Great Falls, MT 59404. Delivery within 10 weeks ADC to the address listed above.
