- **ALL ITEMS MUST BE MADE IN THE USA** THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT PREVENTION & RESPONSE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS FOR THE 171ST ARW IN CORAOPOLIS (PITTSBURGH), PA. INSTRUCTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) ITEMS REQUESTED ARE ADVERTISED AS BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. VENDORS PROPOSING ALTERNATE BRAND NAMES OR MODEL NUMBERS **MUST** BE APPROVED PRIOR TO RESPONSE DEADLINE. 2) ALL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN NEW CONDITION. REFURBISHED, USED, AND OTHER-THAN-NEW ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 3) THIS RFQ IS BEING CONDUCTED ON A LOWEST-PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE (LPTA) BASIS. 4) INTERESTED VENDORS MUST BE REGISTERED AND ACTIVE IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGMENT (SAM) IN ORDER TO BE AWARDED. Style # has been posted on the attachment. Picture will be attached ASAP due to technical difficulties. 2) On #0004 - Nylon Sports Bag - there is no size listed. Do you have a requested size? Approx Size: 14" W and 17 3/4" H 3) On #0005 - The color states: Teal with silver imprint. Then the graphics indicate a 3 color back and a 1 color front print. Where does the silver come in? Silver can be eliminated at the vendor's discretion. 4) On #0006 - the color of the shirts states "various." What color green is the imprint? It may not work on all colors. The color is a grass green but any regular color green is fine, just not dark green. 5) On #0008 and #0009 - If I can use polyester fabric, we can use dye sublimation on the print which makes the print extremely durable. Is that an option? Polyester is acceptable, however vendors should be aware that this requirement will be awarded on a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. 6) Should the T-shirts or ordered in women sizes or men sizes 2. Do you want 72 T-shirts in each specified size or do you want 72 T-Shirts evenly distributed by size? 72 Shirts total, Men's sizes. 5EA SMALL 20EA Medium 32EA Large 15EA Extra Large. 7) Which shade of blue do you want for the imprint on the Nylon Sport Bags? Any Blue will work, however we prefer as close to an Air Force Blue as possible. 8) Silicone Bracelets - what width size are you looking at? Same question for length. Length should be around 8", and width should be around 1/2" but not too much wider.
