- This requirement is to conduct a leak detection survey on the water supply systems at Mountain Home AFB, Mountain Home ID. The contractor will provide all equipment, personnel, transportation and lodging (if necessary) to conduct a leak detection survey at Mt Home AFB as outlined in the attached Statement of Work dated 24 July 2017. Please note, this is a Solicitation only, a synopsis is not required IAW FAR 5.202(a)(13). Please submit any questions for this solicitation no later than 29 August 2017 at 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
