Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of a market survey being conducted by Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Department (PHD) Detachment at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM to determine potential sources technically capable and qualified to provide the following: Technical Specifications Brand Name Only 1. Phone system should be on the DISA Approved Products List Integrated Tracking System (APLITS). 2. Company should be able to provide documentation for system hardening for cybersecurity Authorization to Operate (ATO) a. The system needs to be able to be hardened and capable of receiving an ATO from Navy NetWarCom 3. The Vendor should be a NIST approved vendor 4. 100 analog phones with speaker phone, call hold, conference call, caller id, and call log 5. 70 IP phones with speaker phone, call hold, conference call, caller id, and call log 6. 2 conference phones 7. Rack mounted primary server with POTS trunk capability (at least 6 lines) a. Redundant power supplies required b. Shipboard installation is required 8. Rack mounted secondary server a. Redundant power supplies required b. Shipboard installation is required 9. Rack mounted tertiary server with POTS trunk capability (at least 6 lines) a. Redundant power supplies required 10. Extended service contract at a minimum of 3 years that covers the following: a. Technical support, patches, software point releases and feature packs per end user license b. Three years of eligibility to upgrade the Communication Manager system to the next full release of the software free of charge c. Three year coverage of next business day parts for the servers and G450 gateways i. In case of a hardware failure, a new part will be shipped to you NLT the next business day. 11. Servers, phones, and supporting system equipment should be capable of running on 120v AC 12. Voicemail capability: a. Phone system should be able to support voicemail for each phone 13. Ethernet connectivity between servers a. Primary, secondary, and tertiary servers should be able to communicate with each other via gigabit Ethernet 14. Company should provide user training for system operation and maintenance. 15. System should be able to connect to our current analog interface through the use of a 50-position connector wired per USOC RJ-21X configuration. 16. Phone system should be capable of integrating with the 1MC on board Navy ship communication system. a. Users should be able to use the 1MC on board navy ship communication system through the phones themselves by way of dialing a 4 digit or less extension 17. Company should be able to install system, do complete checkout, and provide verification of checkout. Any information submitted by respondents to this Request for Information (RFI) is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought RFI. The Government requests interested vendors submit a statement of capability to perform the requirement detailed in the attached specifications. Please omit any pricing data. Again, participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if a solicitation is issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the potential acquisition is 334210 with a size standard of 1250 employees.
