- Amendment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Amendment 1 - 11 August 2017 The Synopsis/Solicitation is being amended to correct 2 typos. 1. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) 2. This RFP is being solicited as full and open. Amendment 2 - 29 August 2017 Questions received via Projnet have been answered. The questions and answers are accessible via Projnet. In addition, a copy of the questions and answers is attached to this amendment. The Synopsis/Solicitation is being amended as follows: 1. The due date for questions is updated on page 58/59 to match the due date listed on page 2/59 -- ten (10) calendar days prior to the due date for proposals. 2. An addendum is being added to FAR 52.212-1(c) requiring proposals to remain valid for 90 days 3. The website listed on page 1/59 for contractor registration prior to award has been changed to SAM.gov to match the current version of 52.212-1(k). 4. A check box has been added on page 57/59 to remind offerors to include a statement regarding how long their proposal will remain open. Amendment 3 - 31 August 2017 1. Remove physical mailing address from page 2/59. Section L - Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Bidders includes proposal submission information 2.
