DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION VA256-16-N-0116 BACKGROUND: The Houston VAMC has a requirement for the following brand name supplies: Manufacturer Stock # Item Description Medtronic PS210-030S Plasmablade, 3.0MM Medtronic CMRM6122 TRYX Absorbable Antibacterial Envelope Medium Medtronic CMRM6133 TRYX Absorbable Antibacterial Envelope Large Medtronic 23-113-1 Bipolar Sealer 2.3 REQUESTED RESPONSES: The intent of this Request for Information is to establish sources in order to define the procurement strategy.
