Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Toshiba G8000-150kVA, 30x 12HX300-FR 30 Batteries, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL, as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-1427 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS code 335911 has a small business size standard of 1250 (v) Contract Line Items (CLIN): Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QUANTITY Unit of Issue UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 50300EN BATTERY 12VDC284WPC Toshiba G8000-150kVA, 30x 12HX300-FR LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: 12VDC284WPC 60.00 EA 0002 BATTREPLACE-3P Labor to remove and install up to 40 internal VRLA Batteries in (1) cabinet Labor charges during normal administrative business hours. LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: BATTREPLACE-3P 2.00 EA (vi) Comparable products must be brand name or equal in the following specifications: Per the manufacturers recommendations, batteries should only be replaced with 12VDC 284WPC VRLA batteries or equal. Replacement of batteries will be completed during normal administrative business hours and must be scheduled. Quotes must be received by Wednesday, August 2, 2017 @ 2:00 pm EST.
