- REQUEST FOR QUOTE PACKAGE USCG Base Portsmouth, VA issues this solicitation notice of a synopsis/solicitation to conduct an aerial infrared thermographic survey of a building roof at USCG Base New Orleans, 1790 Saturn Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70129. Interested vendors can download the solicitation package from this site. NO PHONE CALLS FOR A SOLICITATION PACKAGE. The estimated price of this project is less than $25,000. Offers and documents are due to Angel Pol by the close of business on 8 September 2017 and must be submitted via email at Angel.Pol@uscg.mil or fax (757) 483-8623.
