- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the construction of a Coastguard Station for the Colombian Navy (COLNAV) in the National Natural Park in Gorgona Island, Guapi,Colombia. This acquisition will be solicited as full and open competition. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between USD $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 300 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The solicitation is expected to be posted on September 20, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-16-R-0709. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
