Page 1 of 1 This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Alliant Enterprises LLC, 333 Bridge Street NW Suite 1125, Grand Rapids MI 49504. The statutory authority permitting an exception to fair opportunity for this action is 38 U.S.C 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program which provides the authority to directly contract with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to procure Olympus Ureteroscopes for the Iowa City VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
