- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the North Dakota National Guard intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order for Mobile Advertising with MATBUS in the City of Fargo, Fargo ND. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541850. The Justification & Authorization (J&A) is available on the Fed Biz Ops website attached to this notice. Paper copies will not be made available. You may download the J&A attached to this notice. This is not a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, award will be made without future notice. Oral communications are not acceptable to this notice.
