- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to Earl Strande Excavating, Fergus Falls, MN. This requirement is for Restoring Wetland Basins in areas in Ottertail County Minnesota. Earl Strande is familiar with the project areas and has the expertise and required equipment needed to complete these projects some with short turnaround response times. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238910. The size standard is $15.0. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond by 09/05/2017. This notice is for informational purposes only.
