Advertisement General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: KY City: Lexington Delineated Area: Property must be within or fronting these boundaries: North – follow Loop 4 / 421 Bypass to the East down to Route 60. East – travel east on Route 60 to I-75, travel south on I-75 to Man O War, continue southwest to Route 25 South – travel north on Route 25 to Loop 4, continue west to Route 27, travel south on Route 27 to Man O War West – travel west on Man O War to Route 68, travel northeast on Route 68 to Loop 4, continue on Loop 4 to close the delineated area. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 34,670 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 36,403 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 12 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 12 Full Term: 6 months Firm Term: 6 months Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Parking spaces shall be reserved and secure. • Additional 60 parking spaces for employees and visitors much be available within walking distance of the leased space. • 24/7 access required Offered space must be provided on contiguous floors and meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies space under lease located at 260 West Vine Street in Lexington, Kentucky that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
