This is a notice of the Government s intent to issue a competitive BRAND NAME ONLY solicitation for OPMI Lumera 700 Surgical Microscope on RFQ No. VA263-17-Q-1128 for the Omaha VA Health Care System. This action is being procured by the Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud Minnesota. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer via email to melanie.stockman@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
