This DRAFT RFP is being provided for informational purposes only and shall not be considered an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect cost will arise as a result of contractors providing questions or comments regarding the NAVAIR Initiative Program Management (PM) Contractor Support Services (CSS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The objective of this DRAFT RFP is to enhance Government-Industry communication and increase competitive opportunities by presenting valuable information in support of the PM CSS MAC requirement in support of NAVAIR missions. ********************************************************************************************
