Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Tennessee Valley Healthcare System intends to award a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to Tabani Raleigh TN, LLC. (NAICS 531312) for the expansion of the current lease space. Currently, the Memphis VAMC leases 10,575 NUSF of Clinical space s at 3461 Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN 38127 under contract number VA249-15-L-0054. This 10-year firm-term lease was awarded on April 1, 2016 and expires on March 31, 2026. The proposed modification will add approximately 3600 NUSF to the existing leased space increasing the total to 14,175 NUSF. This notice of intent in not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contracting officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the contracting officer, Martin Frazier 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400 Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses received by COB September 5, 2017 the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed to sole source this requirement to Tabani Raleigh TN, LLC.
