- Draft Statement of Work This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface warfare Center Corona Division (NSWC Corona) intends to award on a sole source basis to Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless), One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 for the following: Wireless services for smart phone, cellular phone, and data services to support Fallbrook, for a 9-month period, period of performance is 1 October 2017 to 30 June 2018. Please see attached Draft Statement of Work for detail information on the requirement. This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 6 September 2017, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Kim Chu, via email at kim.t.chu@navy.mil no later than 12:00 pm PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426717T0307 in the subject. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
