Description

REQUIREMENTS a. The purpose of this procurement is for the Contractor to provide Courier Services for the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC; all out-lying buildings and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in accordance with the specifications listed herein. b. The period of performance shall be for a base year period of 12 months plus four (4) one-year options to renew at the discretion of the Government. Contractor is to provide firm-fixed pricing for all years in the Price/Cost Schedule in order to be considered for award. POINT OF CONTACT: This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for SDVOSBs. Vendors must submit all proposals to Nochelle Elliott at nochelle.elliott@va.gov no later than Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time. RFI s are due NLT 2:00pm September 11, 2017. INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD ADHERE TO OR SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: All interested firms MUST be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) at the time of submission of offer. All interested SDVOSBs MUST be registered in VETBIZ (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) and verified by VA CVE to be eligible for award of Government contracts. Proposals must be submitted electronically.
