- The US Army Contracting Command APG, Natick Contracting Division, on Behalf of the US Army Natick Research, Development & Engineering Center (NSRDEC), Air Delivery Directorate, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to only one responsible source, Aerial Delivery Solutions of Kissimmee, FL for 80 newly designed parachute deployment bags. The US Army Natick Soldier Research, Development & Engineering Center, Aerial Delivery Design and Fabrication Team (ADDFT), intends to award a firm fixed price Aerial Delivery Solutions LLC because they are the only company that can provide the parachute deployment bags for this one-time immediate operational requirement. Requirements: Provide 80 newly designed parachute deployment bags. This is not a Request for Quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541712.
