- Drawings Scope of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W9127Q-17-T-0069, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. The NAICS code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR IN PLANT SCOPE OF WORK AND ATTACHED DRAWINGS. Place of delivery is 186th ARW- 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307. Please include all applicable delivery fees. OPTION 0001 - SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR IN PLANT SCOPE OF WORK AND ATTACHED DRAWINGS. Place of delivery is 186th ARW- 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307. Please include all applicable delivery fees. Evaluation factors for Award: Proposals submitted for this solicitation will be evaluated based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. To be technically acceptable, the offeror's proposal must conform to the attached Scope of Work and Drawings. The Government intends to evaluate offers exclusive of the option. The Government intends to exercise the option at time of award if the option is to be exercised. All interested and qualified small business sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Period of acceptance for Offerors: The offeror agrees to hold its offer firm for 30 calendar days form the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is stated in an addendum to the solicitation. Late offers: Request for Proposals of modification of proposals received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed price contract. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
