Description

Brand Name or Equal Gasmet Technologies, Inc., Model CX-4000 Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) Gas Analyzer COMBINED SNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The United States Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) has a requirement for the purchase of brand name or equal Gasmet Model CX-4000 FTIR Gas Analyzer for research protocols in accordance with (IAW) the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECS) identified in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The acquisition is full and open competition using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. The RFQ closes on Tuesday, 12 September 2017 at 10:00 A.M. EST. This RFQ as well as any amendments will be used electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
