This requirement is for one clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 310,000 barrels of clean product (intentions JA1) within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. Laydays commence 10 September and cancel 12 September 2017. The period of performance will be one voyage. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Load: Sitra, Bahrain; Discharge: Mesaieed, Qatar 18. Set-aside status: Unrestricted. The decision to make this "Unrestricted" is based on the work being done outside the United States or its outlying areas (See Far 19.000(b)). All responsible business sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Small Business Associate has concurred with this assessment.
